Position Overview:
The New Vehicle Sales Associate is primarily accountable for selling automobiles to clients. The Sales Associate will furnish customers with product insights and exceptional service to guarantee a rewarding purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell vehicles using the Gerald Jones Honda Sales Methodology
  • Deliver new vehicles to clients, ensuring they comprehend the vehicle's operational features, warranty, and documentation
  • Acknowledge that business thrives on outstanding customer satisfaction and strive to ensure it
  • Engage in prospecting activities daily via phone, mail, and face-to-face interactions while maintaining a prospect development system
  • Conduct follow-ups with owners to promote repeat and referral business
  • Set monthly goals at the beginning of each month
  • Stay informed about the dealership's inventory on a daily basis
  • Introduce clients to the Service Department, highlighting the quality and efficiency of our service operations
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
  • Comprehend automotive terminology and keep updated on technological advancements in the industry
  • Exhibit proper interaction with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistently
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in computer usage
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license
