About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the Yext Reviews GTM strategy, plan, and execution. This role is critical in bridging our GTM and product strategy to tactics that drive sales and marketing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market intelligence to understand our buyers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Design and implement competitive intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and execute product launches and releases.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target customers.
  • Work with Demand Generation, Customer, and Partner Marketing to understand and document the customer journey.
  • Develop a product marketing plan to acquire new customers and support retaining existing customers.
  • Create compelling content, including sales and event presentations, web pages, eBooks, videos, and other assets to engage customers.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for our products and deliver thought leadership on our domain expertise.
  • Understand and support our revenue channels and train revenue team members on the problems we solve for customers.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Sharp writing and presentation skills with a knack for distilling complex ideas into compelling copy.
  • Proven understanding of B2B SaaS sales process, ideally in digital marketing.
  • Ability to craft value-based messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent and sound judgment.
  • Track record of creating presentations, web pages, and other content assets tailored to resonate.
  • Ability to manage expectations, opinions, and feedback from multiple stakeholders and on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pricing and packaging experience.
  • PMA or Pragmatic Certifications.
  • Experience in CI platforms like Klue or Crayon.
  • Win/Loss program management.
  • Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience.
