The Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Manager of Production to join our fast-growing Experiential team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist accounts and agency business initiatives with industry expertise, idea generation, research and development of presentation material, and idea execution.
  • Work closely with clients and internal client service and creative teams to execute programs that achieve client results involving strategic & creative objects, timelines, and financial goals.
  • Oversee and manage various production elements of large-scale projects from planning through execution.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, developing production workbooks, inclusive of workback schedules, budgets, pertinent deliverables, and scope of work.
  • Identify, establish, develop and manage relationships with key vendors to provide the best available resources within budget and overall project success.
  • Responsible for the procurement of permits, civic documents and all other necessary paperwork for events.
  • Maintain complete and updated project files with all project details and event information.
  • Working knowledge of experiential marketing / live events and ability to speak and strategize on logistics, operations, and execution.
  • Thorough knowledge of the industry, products and services, as well as our competitors and clients.
  • Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, report on multiple accounts and delivery promot and sound decisions.
  • Travel to meetings and events, as needed. Approximately 35% of the year.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and / or 5+ years of related experience in experiential production and live events.
  • Passion for the sports & entertainment industry and live events.
  • Experience with Audio / Visual and technical production equipment.
  • Experience creating and managing budgets of up to $1M.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Must be forward-thinking, both strategically and creatively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits
  • Base salary range in New York, NY: $90K-100K annual.
  • This represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility.
  • Hybrid schedule: Office in New York, NY with 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) weekly.
  • Open to a fully remote schedule for potential candidates outside the NYC area who have substantial experience, skills, and work ethic.
