About the Role

This position is part of Spotify's Ad Sales team, reporting directly to the head of Revenue Management & Forecasting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Providing weekly sales performance insights, including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, seller performance, and win rate tracking
  • Supporting global projects to standardize and automate revenue processes

Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with 5+ years of digital media analytical experience, proficient in SQL data extraction and transformation, Tableau or equivalent BI tools, Salesforce CRM, and sales productivity and forecasting tools. You should also possess creative problem-solving abilities.
