Role Overview

We're seeking a Head of Revenue Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business strategies, and contributing to the overall success of our agency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a strong understanding of the marketing mix, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. With at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a social or creative agency, you will be able to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus an on-target earnings bonus structure. You will also have the opportunity to work with a global team of over 190 people across 11 offices, including Alphabet, Keurig, The North Face, Verizon, Bimbo, Amazon, Cisco, and Diageo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and develop new business strategies
  • Pursue new clients through both inbound opportunities and cold outreach
  • Prepare and deliver creds presentations to clients in a professional and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal leaders and cross-disciplinary teams
  • Proactively meet with account teams to translate agency success into case study materials
