Hotel Revenue Growth Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales action plan for the development of designated market segments, including telephone/direct mail solicitation, personal call program, related sales trips, trade show participation, and entertainment. They will also be responsible for negotiating contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Sales Manager will be measured on their ability to deliver revenue expectations, achieve annual goals, and maintain efficient and timely processing of paperwork, files, and reports. They will also be responsible for developing strong working relationships with hotel department heads and operational areas.
Benefits and Perks
This position offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $90,000, based on experience.
