Description:KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations across various industries. We are seeking a Manager, Advisory Insights Research to join our team in Baltimore.
The successful candidate will lead the development of market research strategies for growth topics, facilitating business development and go-to-market initiatives. They will manage the execution of high-impact market research projects from scoping to final deliverables, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights through a blend of quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in business and market research or consulting/professional services. They will possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:- Lead the development of market research strategies for growth topics, facilitating business development and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage the execution of high-impact market research projects from scoping to final deliverables.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including growth topic leads, editorial, business, and marketing teams.
- Deliver actionable insights through a blend of quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and editorial teams to craft compelling thought leadership storylines for market resonance.
- Minimum five years of recent experience in business and market research or consulting/professional services.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
- Ability to implement analytical and critical thinking skills, and synthesizing complex information to draw well-founded conclusions.
