KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations across various industries. We are seeking a Manager, Advisory Insights Research to join our team in Baltimore.

The successful candidate will lead the development of market research strategies for growth topics, facilitating business development and go-to-market initiatives. They will manage the execution of high-impact market research projects from scoping to final deliverables, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights through a blend of quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in business and market research or consulting/professional services. They will possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of market research strategies for growth topics, facilitating business development and go-to-market initiatives.
  2. Manage the execution of high-impact market research projects from scoping to final deliverables.
  3. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including growth topic leads, editorial, business, and marketing teams.
  4. Deliver actionable insights through a blend of quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.
  5. Collaborate with business and editorial teams to craft compelling thought leadership storylines for market resonance.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum five years of recent experience in business and market research or consulting/professional services.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  4. Ability to implement analytical and critical thinking skills, and synthesizing complex information to draw well-founded conclusions.
  5. Positively present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
