The GUEST SERVICES MANAGER position at Surf & Sand Resort encompasses the supervision of Front Desk and Guest Services functions to guarantee smooth and professional interactions with guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing guest inquiries swiftly and courteously
  • Training, scheduling, and mentoring personnel across various departments
  • Executing daily Front Office operations with efficiency
  • Offering insights on hotel facilities and the surrounding area to enrich guest experiences
  • Employing software such as Opera, HotSOS, Zingle, and others for Front Desk management

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a comparable hotel role
  • Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-centric
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage staff proficiently

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Frequent use of phones and mobility
