The GUEST SERVICES MANAGER position at Surf & Sand Resort encompasses the supervision of Front Desk and Guest Services functions to guarantee smooth and professional interactions with guests.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing guest inquiries swiftly and courteously
- Training, scheduling, and mentoring personnel across various departments
- Executing daily Front Office operations with efficiency
- Offering insights on hotel facilities and the surrounding area to enrich guest experiences
- Employing software such as Opera, HotSOS, Zingle, and others for Front Desk management
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a comparable hotel role
- Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-centric
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage staff proficiently
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent use of phones and mobility
