About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Onni Group. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary contact for emergencies during overnight hours, responding to any incidents or issues that may occur.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
