Your Role:

As a Lead Teller Coordinator, you will be the guiding force, offering support and direction to every teller and customer who enters our establishment. Your responsibilities will include delivering teller services, ensuring exceptional service quality, and mentoring staff while adhering to our Consumer Banking Performance Standards. You will set the benchmark for our banking experience and play a crucial role in upholding our high standards. Our coordinators genuinely care for people and consistently strive to provide a banking experience that encourages customers to visit and engage with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, mentor, coach, and support team members
  • Ensure compliance with Teller Performance Standards, procedures, and internal controls
  • Oversee teller controls and audits
  • Manage the vault, ATM, and cash dispensers
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Balance and review over & short DDA statements
  • Provide regular updates on service quality, teller performance, and internal controls
  • Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of teller experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced coaching, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management capabilities
  • 4+ years of teller experience
