Job Summary:

The Clinical Education Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing lead generation initiatives to support the Clinical Education sales teams. This position is responsible for coordinating multiple outreach channels, crafting strategies to engage potential clients, and ensuring that the volume and quality of leads align with the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a solid grasp of marketing strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Assist in the development of thorough lead generation strategies aimed at attracting high-quality prospects.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the sales teams by providing insightful reports and analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to ensure lead generation activities are in sync with broader business goals. Facilitate communication between teams for a seamless transition of leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Establish and oversee processes for lead qualification to guarantee that only the most promising leads are forwarded to the sales team. Utilize tools and methodologies to evaluate lead readiness and potential.
  • Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine lead generation strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics. Identify areas for enhancement and implement modifications to boost lead quality and conversion rates.
Other Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the Manager in organizing agendas, scheduling meetings, documenting relevant notes, and sending follow-up reminders to both teams.
  • Confirming clinical education sites and specialty settings post-contract procurement across all healthcare education disciplines in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and management of all clinical sites and personnel within the Clinical Education Management Systems.
