Position Overview:
The Lead Nursing Coordinator is responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of nursing staff within patient care units. This role includes providing guidance to clinical personnel, executing the objectives of designated units, and ensuring seamless collaboration with other patient care departments.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our comprehensive services, which include advanced pediatric care, critical care units, and specialized programs addressing various health conditions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role overseeing nursing units.
- Previous experience in healthcare management is preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment or a compact state, if applicable.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Certification is required.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
