Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:
As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing and directing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Creating detailed project plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets for projects.
  • Conducting risk management to mitigate project risks and maintain overall project direction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all facets of each project align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Guaranteeing that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Formulating and managing comprehensive project schedules and work plans.
  • Providing consistent project updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Applying industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Evaluating project performance to identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:
The preferred candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Proven capability to lead and manage large, intricate projects.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with relevant regulatory bodies and standards is required.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and outstanding decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sector and its regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management software and other standard office applications, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
