Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR initiatives. This role will report directly to the Senior HR Manager and will play a crucial part in recruiting, retaining, and maximizing the potential of our workforce. This is a non-exempt position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, support recruitment events, and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Benefits Administration: Aid in the annual open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related inquiries and reports.
  • Payroll Administration: Support payroll verification and track employee vacation accruals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, manage compliance training, and maintain HR documentation.
  • HR Technology Management: Maintain HRIS and performance management systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Employee Experience: Assist in planning HR events, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and act as a resource for employee inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
