About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales District Leader to join our team at Palm Beach Tan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service across our district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales-building strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Lead and manage a team of salon directors and staff to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, cost of sales, and expenses, to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and maintain high-quality staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment across the district
  • Conduct regular salon visits and provide feedback to directors and staff to drive improvement and growth
  • Protect the integrity of operating systems and ensure adherence to company standards and policies
  • Develop and implement plans to drive district growth, progress, and profitability
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of operations management experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of retail/customer service environments
  • Able to use smartphones, tablets, and PCs effectively
  • Competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to interact easily with diverse ethnic groups
  • Must be able to drive between locations in own vehicle
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance
