HR Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a committed Human Resource Assistant to contribute to our vibrant team at EMD Sales. In this role, you will be instrumental in aiding the HR department with a variety of administrative responsibilities and human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting and preliminary candidate evaluations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth orientations and completion of necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.
- Address employee relations issues and provide support to staff as needed.
- Facilitate employee benefits enrollment and assist in the administration of benefit programs.
- Organize and coordinate training initiatives aimed at employee growth and development.
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping functions.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the separation process for departing employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Understanding of HR laws and compliance regulations.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Hourly wage of $19.00.
- Initial probation period of six months with performance evaluation for potential permanency.
