Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in an HR Generalist role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
