Position Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator role at ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC is an integral part of our HR leadership team, working collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Generalists to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster talent growth.
The Human Resources Coordinator is tasked with providing essential administrative support to the HRBP and HR Generalist, ensuring that all HR functions are executed efficiently and effectively.
This role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities across HR to guarantee that strategic talent management initiatives are implemented seamlessly.
Given the sensitive nature of the information handled, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is paramount.Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that critical data is accurately maintained within our HR systems utilized across the organization.
This position requires regular interaction with employees and leadership, necessitating a high level of customer service and professionalism. Our Gene Therapy division offers industry-leading GMP development and manufacturing services for advanced biopharmaceuticals, including recombinant viral vectors, next-generation vaccines, hard-to-express recombinant proteins, and oncolytic viruses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures, driving improvements across Human Resources and other departments.
- Review, recommend, and ensure a consistent approach to business processes and procedures that align with company policies.
- Oversee the design, enhancement, and execution of our new hire orientation, integrating talent into the organization and educating the workforce on essential policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the talent management process by providing administrative assistance to the HRBP and Generalist in validating and processing personnel transactions within our HRIS.
- Manage transactions in HR systems, ensuring accurate input of new hire, employee movement, and termination data.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of hire requisitions, offer letter generation, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Contribute to compliance efforts by ensuring that guidelines and policies are consistently applied and enforced in areas such as FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures to provide informed guidance to employees and HR staff.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Assistance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred, with a focus on business disciplines.
- Ability to maintain focus on tasks and activities amidst changes, challenges, competing priorities, or stressful situations.
- Experience in facilitating training or learning in large group settings.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP, WorkDay, or KRONOS is highly desirable.
