Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Tellus Equipment Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients to drive sales growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions
  • Promote Tellus Equipment Solutions' products and services to customers in their assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor's products and pricing to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in equipment sales
  • Experience with John Deere and competitive products preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
