Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Support Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency and contribute positively to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting our team in achieving its goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and information management.
  • Conducting financial analysis and accounting tasks.
  • Overseeing the conversion of quotes into work orders.
  • Reviewing and approving vendor invoices.
  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Fostering effective communication across departments.
  • Handling general office duties, including supply management and mail distribution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles or related fields.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • A minimum age of 18 years and a valid Driver's License.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer drug screening.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
