Overview
The Sales Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in delivering high-level administrative assistance to the Market President and the Sales Team. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive support
  • Prepare meeting agendas and presentation materials
  • Offer scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for executives
  • Screen incoming calls and direct them appropriately or take messages as needed
  • Compile and submit expense reports and reimbursements for the Market President
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for executives
  • Maintain customer relations and care for the Office of the Market President
  • Execute clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence, conducting research, and arranging conference calls
  • Document, type, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Provide preparation and support for internal and external sales meetings
  • Assist with organizing company events as required
  • Manage attendance and logistics for sponsored events
  • Coordinate company gatherings and team-building activities
  • Serve as backup coverage for front desk operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for vendor support on-site

Experience & Skills Required
  • 3-5 years of executive administrative experience supporting multiple individuals
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Capacity to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and capability to follow complex procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and crouching
  • Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents
  • Ability to lift and exert force up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
