- Employee Onboarding: Create and maintain employee files, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide support to new hires during the onboarding process.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights to management on HR metrics, including recruitment trends, employee engagement, and retention rates.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize HR operations and enhance the candidate experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
