Job Summary

The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with our Customer Success team to support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. This role is focused on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be heavily involved in onboarding new customers and ensuring they reap the maximum value from Voovio by working closely with our Operations, Sales, and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with existing customers on a regular basis to understand their challenges and assist with implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Design and provide group and 1:1 training sessions for customers on how to use Voovio's tools and features.
  • Document and track operator performance on simulation modules and collect other performance data for customer champions.
  • Assist our operations team with tasks such as documenting and reviewing customer performance, helping obtain and analyze business case data, and attending customer meetings to demonstrate our Enhanced Reality tools.
  • Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with key client accounts and strategic partners.
  • Ensure customers receive fast and successful responses to issues and questions.
  • Support customers with IT challenges and collect and communicate customer feedback to our Development team to enhance our product line.
  • Liaise closely with our U.S. Sales & Operations teams on project development and identify new opportunities with customers.
  • Quickly learn new features and updates to our product suites and demonstrate to our Sales team and existing customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Manufacturing or process industry-related experience.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard software tools.
  • Valid U.S. passport and legal status to work in the U.S.
  • A vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a refinery or chemical plant.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Confident and proven record of using software applications.
  • Team-oriented, working with customer and Voovio personnel at varying levels of responsibility.
  • Drive to listen and seek to understand different perspectives.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Self-starter and results-focused.
  • Possess high ethical standards.
  • Detail-oriented.
