Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing or process industry and be able to interact with existing customers on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer challenges and assisting with implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with existing customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions.
  • Design and provide training sessions for customers on how to use Voovio's tools and features.
  • Document and track operator performance and collect other performance data for customer champions.
  • Assist our operations team with document and review customer performance, help obtain and analyze business case data, and attend customer meetings to demonstrate our Enhanced Reality tools.
  • Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with key client accounts and strategic partners.
  • Ensure customers receive fast and successful responses to issues and questions.
  • Support customers with IT challenges and collect and communicate customer feedback to our Development team.
  • Liaise closely with our U.S. Sales & Operations teams on project development and identify new opportunities with customers.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing or process industry experience.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard software tools.
  • Valid US passport and legal status to work in the U.S.
  • Vehicle ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
