Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at OptiSigns Inc. in Houston, TX. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients through our ticket platform and Zoom calls.
  • Suggest changes to technical documents and help desk articles to improve customer experience.
  • Run diagnostic and troubleshooting on Windows, Android, and other devices to resolve issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved and gather feedback on application usage.
  • Run reports to identify malfunctions and escalate issues to designated tier 2 staff as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Ability to commute to Houston, TX 77040.
