About the Role

Voovio Technologies is seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the downstream industry and experience working in a refinery or chemical plant. You will be responsible for interacting with existing customers, understanding their challenges, and assisting with implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and providing group and 1:1 training sessions for customers on how to use Voovio's tools and features.
  • Documenting and tracking operator performance on simulation modules and collecting other performance data for customer champions.
  • Assisting our operations team with document and review customer performance, helping obtain, analyze, and present business case data, and attending customer meetings to demonstrate our Enhanced Reality tools.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive long-term relationships with key client accounts and strategic partners.
  • Ensuring customers receive fast and successful responses to issues and questions, and supporting customers with IT challenges.
  • Collecting and communicating customer feedback to our Development team to enhance our product line.
  • Supporting integration of Voovio into customer's existing systems, creating customer resources such as videos, documents, charts, analytics, etc.
  • Liaising closely with our U.S. Sales & Operations teams on project development and identifying new opportunities with customers.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, manufacturing or process industry related experience, and computer literacy. A valid US passport and legal status to work in the U.S. are also required. Competitive salary, health, and 401k plans are offered, along with mileage reimbursement.
