Job Summary

RectorSeal is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and data management for our customers. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with our customers to improve their order data submissions, identify problems and opportunities in how our customer base sends data via EDI and Conexiom, and work with the sales team to locate and catalog proper customer contacts to interface with for efforts to improve customer transaction efficiency.
  • Data Processing: Maintain and improve account logic within the Conexiom order automation tool, aid in processing all EDI and Conexiom orders, and design, plan, and implement accurate and timely processes for ingesting inbound orders and customer-related data transmissions.
  • Technology Enablement: Master and recommend improvements on automated processing programs, collaborate with IT to develop, test, and improve programs to enable smooth, error-free processing of customer data, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in Customer Service, IT, EDI, or ERP programs.
  • Customer-centric focus, solid understanding of the business and its processes, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to research the problem and develop solutions.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position that requires an office presence at our Houston facility 2-3 times during the work week. The employee will be required to read and communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines. The employee will encounter moderate noise, typical office lighting, and temperatures and moderate interruptions.
