Voovio Technologies is a leading software company that serves the biggest petrochemical, refining, and manufacturing companies worldwide. Our patented technology and Knowledge Automation platform for field operations enable industrial manufacturing customers to increase profitability by reducing equipment downtime, boosting operator productivity, and accelerating onboarding.
Job SummaryThe Customer Success Specialist will work closely with our Customer Success team to support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. This role is focused on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing or process industry and be able to problem-solve and adapt to challenges quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with existing customers on a regular basis to understand their challenges and assist with implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design and provide group and 1:1 training sessions for customers on how to use Voovio's tools and features.
- Document and track operator performance on simulation modules and collect other performance data for customer champions.
- Assist our operations team with documenting and reviewing customer performance, helping obtain and analyze business case data, and attending customer meetings to demonstrate our Enhanced Reality tools.
- Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with key client accounts and strategic partners.
- Ensure customers receive fast and successful responses to issues and questions.
- Support customers with IT challenges and collect and communicate customer feedback to our Development team to enhance our product line.
- Liaise closely with our U.S. Sales & Operations teams on project development and identify new opportunities with customers.
- Manufacturing or process industry related experience.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard software tools.
- A valid US passport and legal status to work in the U.S.
- A vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
