Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Voovio Technologies. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers in the petrochemical and refining industries achieve maximum value from our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
- Design and deliver training sessions to customers on how to effectively use our tools and features, ensuring they are able to maximize their benefits.
- Collaborate with our operations team to document and track customer performance, analyze business case data, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with key client accounts and strategic partners.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues, providing support with IT challenges and collecting feedback to enhance our product line.
- Must have manufacturing or process industry related experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to challenges quickly.
- Proficient in software applications and able to learn new features and updates quickly.
- Team-oriented, with a drive to listen and seek to understand different perspectives.
- Ability to work remotely and independently, with a self-starter mindset and results-focused approach.
