Primary Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Director will lead the sales team, embodying the company's core values while driving the achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Grapevine Distributors.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team to ensure successful execution of sales promotions and supplier engagements.
- Overseeing sample budgets and managing the hiring and development of Regional Sales Managers.
- Conducting annual sales retreats and ensuring accountability among the sales team.
- Managing timely invoice processing and maintaining a positive team culture.
- Assisting with order fulfillment in coordination with the operations team.
- Setting sales budgets for various regions and conducting bi-annual performance reviews for Regional Sales Managers.
- Staying informed about market trends and challenges.
- Traveling throughout North and South Carolina to understand market dynamics.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years of management experience in outside sales.
- Knowledge and experience in the spirits industry are preferred.
- Residency in North or South Carolina is required.
- A valid driver's license and insurance.
- Proven customer service skills and excellent writing abilities.
- A strong drive to exceed sales goals and the ability to work independently.

Working Conditions:
This role may involve physical activities such as driving, walking, and lifting up to 45 lbs.

Equipment Required:
Reliable transportation, a laptop, and a mobile phone.

Compensation:
The compensation package includes a base salary along with a monthly bonus structure and medical benefits, with a 401k plan available.
