Position Overview

Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales personnel, analyzing market trends, and maintaining a strong understanding of sales department financial data. This role requires excellent customer relations skills and the ability to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales consultants, conduct daily sales meetings, and provide sales training.
  • Oversee facility and new vehicle standards.
  • Plan and execute community and partner business promotions.
  • Manage new vehicle supply, inventory, and marketability.
  • Review department forecasts and profits with the General Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager on advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, and compensation plans.
  • Oversee the productivity and growth of the Internet Sales Team.
  • Address customer issues and drive high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We prefer candidates with at least a year of experience in a dealership sales environment. Retail experience in any sales industry is also considered. You must be comfortable managing people and possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors. You will be required to maintain department profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. You must also understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting your operations. A valid state sales license is required.
