We are seeking an experienced Expansion Specialist to join our team at HoloHire. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth.
- Excellent networking abilities with a knack for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $130,000. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a range of benefits, including professional growth through comprehensive training programs and mentorship.
