We are looking for a Strategic Client Renewal Specialist to join our team As a key player in driving customer retention and revenue growth, you will develop and execute a comprehensive renewal strategy to maximize retention rates and minimize churn.

You will work closely with the account management and customer success teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to limit churn and uncover opportunities for expansion. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities, and proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools make you an ideal candidate for this role.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, as well as at least 1 year of experience in renewals or account management within a SaaS or tech environment.

Salary: $59,000 - $81,500 (NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles)
