Location: Hybrid
Duration: 03 Months+ (Possible for Extension)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of global sourcing strategies for Events and Medical Operations Services, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist local operations related to Events and Medical Operations services, ensuring adequate support for key partners.
  • Focus on procurement drivers for Events and Medical Communications, managing all spend categories associated with internal and external events.
  • Engage in business partnering with various teams to enhance procurement processes.
  • Evaluate market practices within medical communication services to provide informed recommendations to decision-makers.

Position Duties:
  • Implement global procurement strategies to optimize spending in Medical or Commercial functions.
  • Enhance efficiency in Events & Medical Communications expenditures.
  • Facilitate workshops and masterclasses with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage projects across procurement categories to ensure timely sourcing.
  • Maintain awareness of strategic suppliers and support tools for effective oversight.
  • Foster early engagement to improve communication and overall customer experience.
  • Promote procurement awareness among stakeholder communities through training initiatives.

Procurement Operations:
  • Adapt and execute global category strategies.
  • Support savings objectives at various levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in strategic negotiations and address major supplier issues as needed.
  • Continuously improve source-to-pay processes and report on activities and performance.

Customer Focus:
  • Engage with the Regional Procurement network to address sourcing needs effectively.
  • Develop strategic and innovative solutions while adhering to internal and external policies.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in Procurement or a related field.
  • Familiarity with best-in-class procurement techniques and processes.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with immediate operational needs.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and prioritization.
  • Consistent focus on delivering outcomes and results.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with proficiency in relevant tools.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new environments and processes.

  • Commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback for continuous improvement.

Education: Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
Languages: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
