This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective operation of a sales team, which includes responsibilities such as recruitment, oversight, coaching, and motivating team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing Inside Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Create and present compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Coordinate with support staff and leadership to meet customer expectations.
  • Regularly review sales activities and performance, providing tailored coaching as necessary.
  • Work alongside leadership and other departments to align the sales team's efforts with strategic business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners.
  • Oversee accurate and timely sales forecasting.
  • Engage with key customer accounts to assess and validate their requirements and satisfaction.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with marketing through consistent communication and effective allocation of resources.
Performance Metrics
  • Achievement of sales quotas and strategic objectives for the team.
  • Accountability for the implementation of customer initiatives among the sales team.
  • Focus on coaching and performance management to maximize business outcomes.
  • Support the development of Account Executives following company guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent execution of company initiatives.
  • Enhance individual sales team member performance through effective tools and training programs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling technology products and solutions.
  • Preferred experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
