National Road Logistics Sales Team Leader

- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and
implement effective prospect communications within various verticals. - Initiate
discussions with key decision-makers at targeted prospect accounts, focusing on
their specific business needs. - Generate qualified
leads and schedule sales appointments to increase business closing rates by
providing sales with well qualified, ready-to-engage leads. - Utilize cold
calling and/or lead generation experience to engage with a high daily volume of
potential clients. - Help build our
Sales Development Representative team to support road development. - Provide insight
into tools/technology needed to expedite the lead generation process.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within road logistics, business development and leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational,
prioritization, and time management skills. - Results-oriented with a strong
commitment to customer satisfaction. - Positive attitude with excellent
problem-solving abilities. - Professional demeanor with strong
active listening skills. - Experience managing a high volume of
inbound leads. - Familiarity with industries such as
Retail, Food & Beverage, Automotive, or Chemicals is a plus.
