Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our America Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new opportunities for our Slingshot digital workplace solution.

The Inside Sales Representative will drive results through excellent prospecting and lead follow-up skills, as well as outstanding teamwork. This is a 100% remote position, but candidates living within commuting distance to our HQ office in Cranbury, NJ may also work from our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue from self-prospected and company lead follow-up.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and obtain business requirements.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from companies interested in our solutions and direct them to the best possible fit based on our offerings.
  • Utilize teleconferencing software to make remote presentations to prospective customers and create clear and accurate written proposals and quotations for them outlining their options and best recommended course of action.
  • Report to management on customer needs, problems, and interests that can best guide the product roadmap and customer engagement models.
  • Report on competitor activities to better enable our marketing efforts and lead generation campaigns.
  • Accurately update forecast and opportunity details within Salesforce on a timely basis.
  • Provide firsthand feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed software licensing quotas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, with a persistent mindset.
  • Driven to succeed and earn significant commissions in this no-cap commission environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure a plus.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
  • Proficient with the MS Office suite.
  • Preferred 1+ years' successful experience in software inside sales.
  • A basic understanding of information technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers; Salesforce, LinkedIn, chat experience is a plus.
