Role Summary:

Senior Enrollment Strategy Executive

The Senior Enrollment Strategy Executive serves as the primary account manager for EAB Enroll360 partners. This role involves direct collaboration with designated institutional partners, acting as their key EAB contact to manage all aspects of their undergraduate enrollment marketing partnership. Key responsibilities encompass executive relationship management, campaign strategy and oversight (including product portfolio enhancement), renewal and cross-selling, as well as team leadership. The Senior Enrollment Strategy Executive is essential for achieving business goals and fostering the long-term growth and success of the organization through exceptional service, effective campaign outcomes, and adept customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enrollment leaders and senior administrators.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and discussions with partners.
  • Provide exceptional service and insightful guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively to create a customized and synergistic partnership.

Campaign Strategy and Oversight

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each partner's objectives, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Advise partners on product optimization, strategic targeting, and creative execution.
  • Ensure internal teams align strategies with partner goals and preferences.
  • Systematically evaluate campaigns to identify opportunities and demonstrate effectiveness.

Renewal Success

  • Foster successful, long-term partnerships.
  • Align products, pricing, and strategic pillars with institutional objectives.
  • Drive partnership growth through consultative processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Achieve overall renewal rate targets in support of broader business goals.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and develop account managers within the core team.
  • Act as a dynamic liaison between campus partners and internal resources.
  • Connect institutional goals and missions back to EAB's overarching mission.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in consultative, strategic leadership roles managing accounts and relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ability to align strategic insights and solutions with client or partner objectives.
  • Proficient in presenting EAB's commitment to innovative strategies that achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Relevant experience in marketing or higher education enrollment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in consultative, strategic leadership roles managing accounts and relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience in higher education, particularly in admissions.
  • Familiarity with EAB's institutional knowledge and experience.
  • Direct response marketing experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on improvement and change.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, setting and achieving priorities.
  • Passion for client success and exploring new opportunities.

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $84,000 - $118,000 annually. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for discretionary bonuses or incentive compensation based on individual and organizational performance.
