Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Role Summary: You will be responsible for executing the growth strategy, managing P&L, and ensuring the overall achievement of goals for an SCA Health facility.

Key Roles:

Clinical Quality and Patient Safety: Advocate for SCA Health's High Reliability Organization (HRO) Journey, ensuring that leaders, teams, and physicians attain clinical excellence and strive for zero harm through the adoption and standardization of clinical quality standards.

Facility Partnership Performance: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of clinical and operational professionals focused on clinical quality outcomes, growth drivers, labor efficiencies, and operational excellence.

Support Teammates: Cultivate a high-performing facility team dedicated to achieving clinical quality outcomes and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Exceptional Clinical Quality
• Foster a culture of zero patient harm
• Collaborate proactively with physicians to meet and exceed patient needs
• Build and manage a team of high-performing clinicians dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care
• Collaborate with the Medical Executive Committee, Governing Body, and Board of Managers to develop clinical guidelines that respond to the evolving healthcare needs of the community.

• Lead and mentor a team of clinical and business professionals, focused on achieving clinical quality outcomes and operational excellence aligned with SCA's mission and values.

• Utilize effective hiring and development processes to ensure a high-performing team is established.

• Empower teammates with the authority, accountability, training, and resources necessary to reach their full potential.

• Maintain strong interpersonal skills and communication style to build confidence within the team and the broader organization.

• Create a vision and momentum that encourages others to embrace change.

• Enhance organizational capability by developing a committed and capable management team.

• Assess, attract, retain, and develop personnel to meet performance expectations and future growth needs.

• Exhibit emotional maturity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Serve as the on-site personnel director, ensuring fair and prompt resolution of teammate concerns.

Drive Top-Line Growth & Cultivate Strong Physician Relationships:
• Own and be accountable for organic growth through increased volume, strategic service line expansion, and physician recruitment.

• Design and implement physician recruitment and marketing strategies to drive case volume growth.

• Establish and maintain strong physician relationships to support growth and foster trust in SCA as a preferred partner.

• Develop and execute strategic plans that yield exceptional clinical, financial, and operational results.

• Collaborate with regional leaders to design and implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.

Lead Operational Excellence:
• Manage the facility's P&L, ensuring financial controls and reporting are in place.

• Implement annual strategic business plans that align with local market dynamics.

• Collaborate with corporate departments to identify and implement best practices related to clinical quality and operational excellence.

• Safeguard the facility's assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Oversee facility management and ensure adherence to safety codes and operational requirements.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards at all times.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience will be considered.

Years of Experience: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), outpatient settings, and multi-site healthcare environments.

Compensation:
Min: USD $140,000.00/Yr.
Max: USD $200,000.00/Yr.
