  • Establish credibility within the customer and partner networks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in leading and scaling a high-growth startup, ideally one with private equity or venture funding and a workforce of 25 or more.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Profit & Loss responsibilities at the COO or equivalent senior level.
  • A proven history of launching and developing successful product lines and building high-performing teams from the ground up.
  • The ability to cultivate trust, confidence, and consensus among executives, partners, and team members.
  • Experience with corporate governance.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • The capability to work under pressure, effectively manage personal workload, and delegate tasks.
