- Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure the hospital meets all necessary regulatory and compliance requirements, as well as quality accreditations, in conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Revenue Growth and Development: Partner with physicians and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our service offerings.
- Talent Management and Development: Create an environment that encourages the recruitment and retention of top talent, ensuring the hospital has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Financial Management: Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Nursing Officer to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to eliminate non-value costs.
- Community Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with the local community, promoting the hospital's services and fostering a culture of community involvement.
- Performance Improvement: Analyze areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care, services, and operational efficiency.
- Representation and Communication: Represent the hospital at various meetings, including medical staff, hospital board of director meetings, and community events, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- A Master's degree in hospital administration and/or business administration.
- A minimum of 5 or more years of demonstrated successful leadership in a healthcare facility, with experience in building relationships, growing revenue, and meeting regulatory requirements.
