Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the executive leader of the institution, ensuring the development and maintenance of a positive educational environment that promotes student success while balancing corporate responsibilities with mission-driven values.
- Oversee the school budget, including forecasting and workforce planning; establish budgets, create organizational frameworks, and allocate resources effectively to meet company objectives.
- Make informed financial and operational decisions to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
- Direct all business decisions within the institution to ensure desired outcomes are met.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and providing strategic advice on policies and innovative solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of the education sector, customer demographics, regulatory environment, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Support and empower academic leaders in managing staff related to teaching and learning outcomes.
- Analyze market and organizational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position directly supervises full-time employees and/or contractors, carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and evaluating staff; assigning tasks; and addressing employee concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ten years of relevant professional experience.
- Five years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and communication.
- Proven business acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Experience in building high-performing teams and fostering an environment of open communication.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must pass a background check.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Master's degree or MBA.
