Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the executive leader of the institution, ensuring the development and maintenance of a positive educational environment that promotes student success while balancing corporate responsibilities with mission-driven values.
  • Oversee the school budget, including forecasting and workforce planning; establish budgets, create organizational frameworks, and allocate resources effectively to meet company objectives.
  • Make informed financial and operational decisions to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Direct all business decisions within the institution to ensure desired outcomes are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and providing strategic advice on policies and innovative solutions.
  • Utilize knowledge of the education sector, customer demographics, regulatory environment, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Support and empower academic leaders in managing staff related to teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Analyze market and organizational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position directly supervises full-time employees and/or contractors, carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and evaluating staff; assigning tasks; and addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ten years of relevant professional experience.
  • Five years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and communication.
  • Proven business acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Experience in building high-performing teams and fostering an environment of open communication.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must pass a background check.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Master's degree or MBA.
