Operations Manager for Security Services

Position Title: Operations Manager for Security Services
Position Overview:
  • Accountable for the daily management and prompt, effective, and precise provision of security solutions to designated clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily functions, ensuring prompt, effective, and precise delivery of security solutions to assigned clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of over 45 clients, encompassing more than 4,500+ hours of service weekly.
  • Support the growth and revenue objectives within the designated area while achieving set Key Performance Indicators.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, addressing requests and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Schedule and assign qualified personnel for shifts, assisting in staffing needs during callouts or shortages.
  • Oversee all recruitment activities within the designated area, including filling vacancies, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for employment. Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and qualified.
  • Review payroll and invoices for accuracy, taking corrective actions as necessary. Evaluate all incidents and reports, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure accountability and maintenance of all equipment within the area, including vehicles and communication devices. Uphold uniform standards and ensure compliance with client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Preferred experience in a managerial role within security or account management.
  • Background in client relations and sales is advantageous.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining staff.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative management environment while also working independently.
  • Proficient in schedule management.
  • Skilled in organization, planning, and coordination.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Military or law enforcement experience is highly regarded.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with WinTeam and OfficerApps or similar software is preferred.

Educational Background:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain ASRB certification.

Physical Requirements:
  • No uncommon physical requirements.
