Position Title: Operations Manager for Security Services
Position Overview:
- Accountable for the daily management and prompt, effective, and precise provision of security solutions to designated clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring prompt, effective, and precise delivery of security solutions to assigned clients.
- Manage a portfolio of over 45 clients, encompassing more than 4,500+ hours of service weekly.
- Support the growth and revenue generation within the assigned area, striving to meet established Key Performance Indicators.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, directly addressing requests and resolving any issues that arise.
- Coordinate and schedule qualified personnel for shifts, assisting in staffing needs during emergencies or shortages.
- Oversee all recruitment activities in the designated area, ensuring vacancies are filled, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for employment. Ensure that personnel are adequately trained and qualified.
- Review payroll and billing for accuracy, taking corrective actions as necessary. Analyze all incidents and reports, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure accountability and maintenance of all equipment within the area, including vehicles and communication devices. Uphold uniform standards and ensure compliance with client expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Preferred experience in security management or similar roles.
- Background in client relations and sales is advantageous.
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining staff.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative management environment while also working independently.
- Proficient in schedule management.
- Skilled in organization, planning, and coordination.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Military or law enforcement experience is highly valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with WinTeam and similar software is preferred.
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain ASRB certification.
Physical Requirements:
- No uncommon physical requirements.
