Position Title: Operations Manager for Security Services
Position Overview:
- Accountable for the daily management and prompt, effective, and precise provision of security solutions to designated clients within the operational region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring prompt, effective, and precise delivery of security solutions to assigned clients within the operational area.
- Manage a portfolio of over 45 clients, encompassing more than 4,500+ hours of service weekly.
- Contribute to driving growth and revenue within the designated area while achieving specified Key Performance Indicators.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, addressing and resolving their requests and concerns directly.
- Coordinate and schedule qualified personnel for shifts, assisting in staffing needs during callouts or shortages.
- Oversee all recruitment activities within the designated area, ensuring vacancies are filled, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for employment. Ensure personnel are adequately trained and qualified.
- Review payroll and invoices for accuracy, taking corrective actions as necessary. Analyze incidents and reports, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure accountability and maintenance of all equipment within the area, including vehicles and communication devices. Uphold uniform standards and ensure compliance with client expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Preferred experience in a managerial role within security or account management.
- Experience in client relations and sales is advantageous.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain staff.
- Capable of working in a collaborative management environment as well as independently.
- Effective scheduling and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Familiarity with WinTeam and similar management software is preferred.
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain ASRB certification.
Physical Requirements:
- No uncommon physical requirements.
