Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and schedule sales meetings with both existing and potential clients.
  • Manage current accounts, secure orders, and develop new business by strategically organizing daily activities.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Generate and monitor new leads to broaden our market presence.
  • Identify innovative marketing strategies to reach new customer segments.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to explore creative sales techniques for engaging both new and existing customers.
  • Continuously seek enhancements to our product appeal for prospective clients.
  • Exhibit advanced sales expertise while staying informed about company policies and industry standards.
  • Analyze competitive landscape by gathering relevant market data regarding pricing, products, and sales strategies.
  • Keep management updated by submitting regular reports on activities and outcomes.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets and related objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong product knowledge and sales acumen.
  • Proficiency with technology, including tablets and computers.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prospect and present products.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Experience in territory management and client relationship building.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of relevant sales experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of sales experience.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Experience in the security or alarm industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology.
  • Capability to work with electronic devices for extended periods.
  • Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for long durations.
  • Effective communication and concentration skills.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
