Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless e-commerce operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Monitor daily e-commerce orders, collaborate with Customer Service and the 3PL to resolve aged orders and shipment issues.
  • Project Leadership: Lead e-commerce projects related to the 3PL, website, and order management systems.
  • Sales Event Planning: Plan and execute special e-commerce sales events with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze e-commerce order process and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Performance Tracking: Track KPIs/SLAs to ensure partner compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to address business needs.
  • Order Status Updates: Provide regular updates on order status to relevant stakeholders.
  • International Logistics: Coordinate with international fulfillment partner to optimize order transfer process.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships to enhance consumer experience.
  • Flexibility and Travel: Work on a hybrid schedule between headquarters and virtual, and travel occasionally to our 3PL facility.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of Business Administration/Customer Service/Supply Chain experience.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • E-commerce Expertise: E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms a plus, experience with shipping carriers and international logistics advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and multitasking skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, proficient in MS Excel.
