Senior Business Development Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading strategic partnerships across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio of strategic accounts and Licensing and OEM customers across the Americas and Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the pipeline of potential new customers.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives and deliver regular business reviews with key customers.
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business; MBA or M.S./Ph.D. is a plus.
- 8+ years of relevant commercial and/or business development experience, including identification and validation of strategic business opportunities in the life sciences and clinical diagnostics industry.
- Prior experience in out-licensing or OEM supply role strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in commercial roles.
- Ability to work across functions to drive deals and deliver results.
Thermo Fisher Scientific offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including a competitive salary range of $130,000.00–$180,000.00, a variable annual bonus, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings programs.
