Senior Business Development Manager

PNC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risk associated with client relationships and business opportunities.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and senior management to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
