Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Marriott Charleston. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure that every guest receives a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are able to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
  • College degree in Hotel Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
